How much does 1C support cost?
The cost combines the 1C:ITS plan and the volume of specialist work. You can estimate the plan in the calculator above; implementation and customisation are quoted separately after a short assessment, once the scope is clear.
Do I need to buy the 1C licence separately from support?
Yes, these are separate items: the software licence is a one-off purchase, while 1C:ITS is a subscription covering updates, online services and the consultation line. We will help you choose both.
Can we work in 1C over the internet, without our own server?
Yes — the 1C:Fresh cloud service runs the program in a browser, installs updates automatically and can be paid for monthly. The plans are in the calculator, including extra sessions and databases.
Will you update a configuration that has already been customised?
Yes. We update customised databases while preserving your changes, and put new customisations into extensions wherever possible — the configuration stays supported and later updates go faster.
What does 1C:ITS include?
Updates for standard configurations and statutory reporting forms, access to 1C online services (reporting, EDI, counterparty checks), the consultation line and accounting methodology materials.
How long does implementation take?
It depends on scale: configuring a standard solution for a small company and a full project with data migration are different stories. We give timelines after the express assessment and sign-off of the specification, before work starts.
Do you work remotely or do you need to visit the office?
Most tasks are handled remotely — by phone and by connecting to the workstation. On-site visits are possible; the terms are agreed when the contract is signed.
Where do we start if we are not sure what we need?
With a short conversation: you describe how accounting works today and what gets in the way. Then we run an express assessment, show the options and the cost — and only then move on to the work.
